NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Modesto, County of Stanislaus, State of California (“City”), will receive electronic Bids (each, a “Bid”) for Project Title and/or related services (the “Services”) for the City of Modesto, Department Name Department. This project includes the demolition of the Mancini House at address 1204 River Rd. Modesto, CA 95351. Attached to this bid package is an asbestos report. The effected asbestos materials must be removed in accordance with California Code of Regulations, Title 8, Section 1529. Asbestos. Demo structure, footings, and flat work concrete. After the building has been fully demolished the basement is to be filled with dirt and leveled.
