Description
A solution for a Learning Management System (LMS) that will support the upskilling and/or reskilling of all employees, apart from the County's Fire Department. The LMS shall offer web-based training with courses covering a variety of subjects from a comprehensive library that is maintained and curated by the LMS vendor and must be able to host County-specific training, training materials, as well as auxiliary departments and trainings, such as OSHA. Not only must the LMS address the County’s need to remain in compliance for a variety of topics, it must also support individual employees in learning skills related to their current job functions and support them in exploring additional skill sets that can enhance their role.
