Vendor needs to provide roadside clearing and debris removal service to the government authority located in St. Thomas, VI.         – To remove and legally dispose of illegally dumped debris, clear overgrown roadside vegetation.– Remove all illegally dumped materials located on, immediately beside, and within the accessible roadside limits of the roadway.• Abandoned and derelict vehicles; • Vehicle bodies, vehicle parts, tires, rims, batteries, and mechanical components; • Scrap metal and miscellaneous equipment; • Appliances, furniture, and household waste; • Construction and demolition debris; • Wood, pallets, plastics, containers, and loose litter; • Vegetative debris and fallen branches; and • All other discarded materials located along the roadway.
