CIVIL PROCESS SERVICES

Greenville County request sealed proposals from vendors to serve legal process papers for the Greenville County Family Court/Clerk of Court, Greenville County Sheriff's Office and other offices of the County of Greenville. The vendor must maintain or improve the current level of process service, while meeting all requirements defined in Title - 23 Law Enforcement and Public Safety and Title 15 - Civil Remedies and Procedures for the South Carolina Code of Law, all accreditation requirements and any other rules under South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure. The fees for service of process are determined by the State Statute and County Ordinance. The contractor will be reimbursed for the service rendered through user fee charges as established under State Statute. The contractor must address serving of revenue and non - revenue papers (papers for which there is no fee), and what other fees or costs are contemplated.
