(1) Vendor needs to provide global operations high risk labor support services to the government authority located in New York.– Specialist is responsible for the safe identification, clearance, and disposal of explosive hazards, ensuring operational safety, risk mitigation, and compliance with technical standards in mine action and security operations.– Technician is responsible for deploying, maintaining, and calibrating electronic systems designed to detect, disrupt, and neutralize remote–controlled explosive threats, ensuring operational security and force protection in high–risk environments.– Technician is responsible for maintaining, operating, and troubleshooting remotely controlled robotic systems used for explosive ordnance disposal, surveillance, and hazardous environment operations to ensure mission effectiveness and safety.– Specialist is responsible for detecting, analyzing, and neutralizing IED threats, ensuring operational safety, mitigating risks, and developing counter–IED strategies in high–threat environments.
