(1) Vendor needs to provide services to support training development to the government authority located in Huntsville, AL.    – Provide training development and delivery to the Development and Preparedness Unit courses and workshops.– Provide expertise and instruction related to clandestine laboratory safety, explosive precursorchemicals and hazardous material investigations.– In addition, contractor shall provide Weapons of Mass Destruction chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosive threat lectures to support agency as it conducts training.(2) This bid is Set–Aside for Total Small Business.
