As-Needed Building Plan Check Services

The City of Vista Community Development Department is requesting proposals from building plan check consulting firms to provide as-needed plan check services. The services will be on an as-needed basis. The City intends to award up to three contracts to provide the requested services for a two-year term, with an optional extension for up to three years for a maximum term of five years from the date of the contract. Services provided under each awarded contract shall not exceed $350,000 over the term of the agreement. The services will be conducted under a contract with the City of Vista, hereafter referred to as “the City”. The plan check consultant is hereafter referred to as “the Consultant”.
