(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing, public relations and graphic arts services.– Strategic Planning and Brand Development: develop and implement an integrated marketing and public relations strategy designed to increase brand awareness, strengthen reputation, and support organizational goals.– Provide media relations and reputation management services.– Media outreach and maintenance of media list.– Press release writing and distribution.– Content development and stakeholder communications:– Event communications planning.– Sponsorship communications.– Develop graphics, presentation templates and marketing collateral, including: brochures, presentations, infographics, digital advertisements, print advertisements, display materials.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
