Investment Advisory Services

The County of Solano is soliciting proposals from Investment Advisory Firms for Investment Advisory Services. Investment practices and procedures must comply with state law and the County's written investment policy ( https://www.solanocounty.com/depts/ttcc/treasurer/investment_reports.asp ). The County is soliciting bids on two distinct portions of the proposal: Advisory services, and limited portfolio management including Advisory Services. Advisory services. Advisory services will provide technical and strategic advice that will supplement the Investment Division Staff in the management of the portfolio. The Investment advisory firm, upon request, will provide emergency discretionary management of the investment portfolio for a period not to exceed 60 days. The County is soliciting a separate proposal for the services described above in addition to limited discretionary daily portfolio management services as determined by the Treasurer.
