Description
A successful fair housing program in West Sacramento will develop culturally appropriate outreach and educational opportunities for the varying needs of families and individuals. The program should provide landlords and property managers with education in fair housing law and practice to reduce the incidence of housing discrimination. The contract for fair housing services will be funded with federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. The selected consultant must comply with all federal CDBG requirements.
