Fair Housing Services

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE The City’s Economic Development and Housing Department is tasked with furthering housing goals which include conducting education and outreach activities to encourage compliance with federal and state fair housing law. The City of West Sacramento is seeking the services of an experienced fair housing counseling consultant to provide services to residents of West Sacramento. Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) General Administration funds will be used for this activity with an annual not-to-exceed amount of twenty-one thousand ($21,000) dollars. It is important to note that this Contract shall involve the use of Federal funds. Each qualified Proposer is to submit a proposal in conformity with the terms of this Request for Proposal ("RFP") by the deadline below ("Proposal"). The Proposer selected by the City pursuant to the terms of this RFP and the City's contracting procedures, if any is selected, is referred to herein as "Contractor."
