Description
The Jersey City Board of Education desires to obtain proposals for Special Counsel to the Board of Education through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.A.C. 19:44A -20.1. et seq., New Jersey Pay to Play, and N.J.A.C. 6A:23A-5.2. The services shall be for one year commencing on August 1, 2022 and terminating on July 31, 2023. The Board Attorney shall be an attorney at law of the State of New Jersey, shall maintain its main office in New Jersey, and shall perform such duties as are provided by the Board of Education by general law or policies of the Board, including the services described below.
