(1) Vendor needs to provide freight resilience plan services to the government authority located in California.– Develop the city freight resilience plan under the direction of and in coordination with agency– Project will develop a Plan and implementation toolkit that will guide the region and its interregional partners in strengthening the resilience of the multimodal freight network and improving preparedness for disruptions to the supply chain.– Plan will identify critical freight assets, assess vulnerabilities and risks, and develop priority strategies, projects, and policies to support preparedness, response, and recovery in the event of catastrophic disruptions.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 16, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.
