(1) Vendor needs to provide high–impact tutoring–saturday program service to the government authority located in Union, NJ. • Render tutoring services at scale in alignment with the principles of high impact tutoring• Recruit students and schedule in person classes based on needs• Prioritize grades 3 through 8 in tier 3 but allow for to express additional needs of tier 2 and 1 if needed;• Ensure tutors receive training and leverage high–quality instructional materials for tutoring;• Ensure a sufficient number of tutors are immediately available and those tutors meet eligibility requirements prior to service.• Serve general education students, multi–lingual learners, at–risk students and students with disabilities• Coordinate parent night to explain the program expectations• Provide administration with progress monitoring and reporting as required
