The Commonweatlth of Kentucky is seeking state master contract(s) to establish contract pricing for a procurement vehicle for E-rate eligible networking hardware, software, and services. Details are set forth in the RFP. Quantity of 1 is only a placeholder. Quantities needed are unknown as this procurement is for state pricing vehicle to be available to all public K-12 districts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and not a contract for a specific purchase. EPC does not allow distinction between different types of eligible equipment under C1. See RFP for details on equipment and capacities sought. There is a lengthy list of minimum requirements, all of which will not fit within the EPC's 2000 character limit for the narrative. See attached "Attachment E Mandatory Requirements Checklist RFP 758 2600000509". Installment payment plan is selected to indicate that leasing options are also being sought as a part of this procurement. See Attachment A for details. The number of entities listed is an indicator of the number of K-12 public school districts which will be eligible to utilize the contract(s) awarded based on this process. There is no guarantee, implied or expressed, of the actual number of devices or services which will be procured by the eligible entities under any contract awarded. Procurement activity schedule is as follows: Release of RFP July 13, 2026; Certification of USAC Form 470 July 14, 2026; Vendors Written Questions due by 12:00 PM ET (Submit questions on ATTACHMENT D VENDORS QUESTION FORM RFP 758 2600000509) July 21, 2026; Commonwealth's Response to Vendors Written Questions July 31, 2026; Proposals due by 3:30 PM ET August 14, 2026. Minimum and maximum capacity listed reflect the range of connections currently provided by the state to each public school district via the The Next Generation Kentucky K-12 Internet connection. User Access and maintenance licences for Category 1 eligible equipment are also included in this request.
