 Vendor needs to provide construction management at risk services to the government authority located in King and Queen Court House, VA.– Pre–Construction:• Provide a value analysis and construction cost estimate at each design phase of the project utilizing design documents.• Review design documents for constructability, safety, and logistics planning.• Develop an integrated overall schedule including design, CM reviews, meetings, early packages, major construction, and turnover.– Construction:• Develop and regularly update the construction schedule.• Provide cost control and change order management services• Provide field management services• Develop and maintain programs for construction safety and quality• Manage the project close–out process
