Vendor needs to provide encrypted communications platform. – The Supplier shall provide the following services:1. Delivery of a cloud–based end–to–end encrypted communications platform supporting desktop, web, and mobile devices.2. Provision of software licenses for 400 users.3. Provision of secure messaging, voice, video conferencing, collaboration, and operational coordination capabilities.4. Provision of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity services ensuring platform resilience and continuity of operations.5. Provision of 24/7 technical support and incident response services for platform malfunctions, service disruptions, security incidents, and critical operational issues.6. Provision of software maintenance, updates, upgrades, and security patch management throughout the duration of the contract.7. Support to security accreditation, compliance verification, vulnerability remediation, and security assurance activities when required.8. Provision of administrative, monitoring, reporting, and audit capabilities.9. Provision of implementation, onboarding, knowledge transfer, and training services.10. Possibility of configuration and customization to support future specific operational requirements.
