Notice is hereby given that proposals MUST be electronically submitted via said eProcurement Portal , no later than Proposal Submission Time , Pacific Standard Time (PST), on Proposal Submission Date at which time, the County will review and evaluate all proposals in accordance with the County of San Benito’s evaluation criteria. Any hard copy submissions, submissions via email, flash-drives or late submissions will be retained in the file unopened and will be considered disqualified. It is the responsibility of the proposer to see that any electronically submitted proposal(s) shall have sufficient time to be received by the County's eProcurement Portal before the proposal submittal deadline. The receiving time in the eProcurement Portal will be the governing time for acceptability of proposals.
