CLEANING-12956 - USA (Irmo, South Carolina) - Pressure Washing, Soft Washing, and Window Cleaning Services - Deadline July 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide pressure washing, soft washing, and window cleaning services to the government authority located in Irmo, SC.– Soft washing, pressure washing, and window washing services to be performed on an as–needed basis.– Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, services, tools, and supervision necessary to perform soft washing, pressure washing, and window washing services on exterior surfaces and facilities throughout the district.– The work may include, but is not limited to, removing biological material (algae or mold or mildew) from surfaces such as brick, glass, concrete, mortar, asphalt, and metal of dirt and grime.– The work areas may include, but are not limited to, sidewalks, exterior walls, windows, soffits, mansards, roof tops, stadiums and stadium seating. All work shall result in a complete and professional job.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 02, 2026.
