(1) Vendor needs to provide mainframe computer services as a solution.– Comprehensive Mainframe–as–a–Service (MFaaS) solution, including all services required to migrate from the State's current hosted MFaaS environment to the proposed solution.– Service must encompass the entire mainframe platform and its operations, including secure infrastructure, all required software licensing for components included in the Vendor's solution, operations, technical support, management, administration, configuration, disaster recovery services, and continuous 24/7 monitoring for the agency mainframe environment.– Solution shall meet the industry standard uptime for IBM zSystems mainframes and components (average of eight nines (99.999999%) uptime reliability).– Solution shall be capable of providing predictive analytics.– Solution must include lifecycle assurance features.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
