The County of Volusia, Department of Public Works, Division of Engineering and Construction is seeking a single, responsive and responsible bidder to provide engineering, permitting and construction services for building renovations for flood mitigation at the Volusia County City Island Library located at 105 East Magnolia Avenue, Daytona Beach, Florida. The lowest responsive and responsible Bidder shall be responsible for all applicable permitting, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to complete all Work required by the specifications and as shown on the drawings.
