Lumber, Carpentry Tools & Supplies

The City of Pasadena is seeking quotes for the furnishing and delivery of lumber, carpentry tools, and related supplies as outlined in this solicitation. The City intends to award a contract for an initial term of three (3) years, with the option, at the City's sole discretion, to extend the contract for up to two (2) additional one-year terms. Bid pricing shall remain valid for the initial contract term and any approved renewal periods in accordance with the pricing provisions of this solicitation. Bidders must provide pricing for all line items to be considered responsive. Any bid that does not include pricing for all required line items will be deemed non-responsive and may not be considered for award.
