(1) Vendor needs to provide childcare communications platform.         – For a market ready and production ready childcare communications platform to support its programs.– For providing a comprehensive solution that includes project implementation and management, system configuration, staff training, contact information setup and onboarding assistance, and ongoing technical support and maintenance.– For an enterprise level childcare communication platform that currently exists as a commercially available production platform to support Children’s Services (CS) programs.– The intent is to implement a secure, centralized, and purpose–built solution focused specifically on parent and guardian communications, including messaging, notifications, and engagement capabilities for childcare related programs and operations.• Program Updates and Announcements – Reminders regarding program hours and schedules – Sharing program–related photos – Activity calendars and daily schedules • Attendance and Scheduling• Child–Specific Communications• Administrative and Operational Communications– Improve parent and guardian engagement through consistent, timely, and easy–to–access communications across mobile, email, text, and web–based channels. – Reduce reliance on fragmented communication methods by providing a single communication platform for program notifications, reminders, updates, and emergency communications. – Provide staff with streamlined communication tools that improve operational efficiency and reduce administrative overhead related to parent outreach and messaging. – Implement a proven, enterprise–level childcare communications solution with established adoption and support within childcare, youth program, and educational. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.
