Phone System Replacement

The Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority (RTA) is seeking proposals for a comprehensive VoIP phone system based on Cisco Unified infrastructure to support our corporate operations, including a call center and dispatch center. RTA requires a solution that can accommodate up to 290 users across multiple locations. The requirement for a Cisco Unified solution is firm and no substitute platforms will be accepted. As there are many ways to configure and deploy a phone system based on a Cisco Unified platform there is latitude on the hardware, software, configuration and overall design of the solution you propose. This RFP includes an optional scope that includes upgrading select locations of RTA’s conference room technologies to enhance meeting and collaboration abilities with those inside and outside of the organization. It is acceptable to submit a response that does not address the optional scope. It is also acceptable to provide a response to optional components that include the use of a subcontractor.
