The Tarrant Regional Water District (Owner) is requesting Proposals for the construction of the following Project: Project Title Brief Description of Work Demolish Air Handling Units (AHUs). Install new AHUs, condensing units, VRF air condition units, and associated ductwork, piping, appurtenances, and supports. Owner will provide AHUs, condensing units, and air conditioning units. Construct a new platform on the south face of the pump station for the condensing units. Install electrical and instrumentation improvements to support the new equipment.
