Homekey Electrical Improvements-Rebid

The City of West Sacramento is accepting sealed bids for 'Project Title to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time . HOMEKEY ELECTRICAL IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT WILL INCLUDE: Replace existing main electrical panel and main disconnect and properly ground the electrical system. Replace (4) 100 amp sub panels with (4) new 125 amp sub panels. Install (3) 20 amp dedicated circuits to each of the rooms at project site locations per Scope of Work. This contract also includes all finish/restoration work after installation is completed. This is a design build project the awarded contractor will be required to provide/submit a complete set of engineered electrical drawings for approval. The contractor will also be required to submit the approved drawings to PG&E and building department for approval to obtain and coordinate all required permit and inspection.
