Description
Sacramento County Department of Child, Family and Adult Services (DCFAS), Child Protective Services (CPS), is soliciting proposals from agency providers who have demonstrated experience with Kinship Navigator services , inclusive of strong knowledge of the challenges children/youth and families in Child Welfare, specifically CPS, may face with kinship supports/connections, kinship placements and pathways to permanency. Available funding for this project is up to $1,500,000 for the initial pilot year.
