Description
The County of Sacramento Department of Child, Family, and Adult Services (DCFAS) is seeking proposals from qualified organizations interested in providing supplemental transportation services to Sacramento County foster youth. The transportation services will primarily focus on supporting foster youth to stay enrolled in their school of origin. Additionally, youth transportation services will provide foster youth further access to academic resources, enrichment and extracurricular activities. Transportation support may also be offered to parents/caregivers as youth transition from foster care back home to make the transition as seamless as possible.
