City of Calabasas City Wide Tree Maintenance

The City of Calabasas Public Works Department is soliciting proposals from qualified landscape contractors to perform Citywide Tree Maintenance for a five (5) year term. This RFP comprises the Tree Maintenance areas throughout the City of Calabasas. It includes public streets, City Parks, and non-gated areas. Proposals must be submitted at or before 5:00pm on Wednesday, March 25th, 2026. Proposals received after the date and time specified above will NOT be considered. The selected company must be willing to sign an agreement with the prevailing wages terms and conditions. Contractors are encouraged to promptly notify the City of any apparent major inconsistencies, problems, or ambiguities in the Scope of Services. Proposals will not be accepted if submitted in any manner other than as prescribed within this RFP. All proposals are due through the City's OpenGov Procurement portal prior to 5:00pm on March 25th, 2026 . No late submittals will be accepted by the City.
