The Mission Springs Water District (“MSWD” or “District”) is currently seeking proposals from qualified and capable contractors (Respondents) for On-Call Potable Water and Sanitary Sewer Repair Services. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to demonstrate the qualifications, competence, and capacity of the Respondent to perform the work or provide the services described in this RFP. The Proposal should demonstrate the qualifications of the Respondent and of the particular staff to be assigned to this project. The intent is to award a contract to three or more contractors.
