The Mission Springs Water District (“MSWD” or “District”) is soliciting bids from qualified and responsible contractors (“Respondents”) to provide pavement repair services in support of the District’s water and sewer projects. The District intends to select one contractor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to repair and/or replace asphalt and concrete pavement on an as-needed basis at various locations throughout the District’s service area.
