Roofing and Weatherization at San Simon Unified School District

'School District Name is in 'What County is the project in? County serving our K-12 Community. We are adjacent to the I-10 just west of the New Mexico border. This solicitation is for both Roofing and extensive Weatherization at eight (8) buildings (e.g., administrative, cafeteria, classrooms, and gym) as detailed in attached drawings and specifications The square footage for Roofing work is over 36,000 A General Contractor with proper license is required for this work. This Project comprises two Arizona of Division of School Facilities (DSF) Building Renewal Grants, BRG-01059 and BRG-01086. Each BRG scope of work will have its own Bid price, but the award will be based on the overall lowest price to one General Contractor. This project will be primarily DSF funded.
