RFQ#202410-Architectural & Engineering Services for a Municipal Transfer Station

The City of Homestead Solid Waste Department is requesting qualification statements from Architectural and Engineering firms (A/E) meeting the minimum qualifications as described in the RFQ. It is the City’s intent to enter into an agreement with the most qualified Architecture and Engineering firm to provide a municipal transfer station project. The qualifications and selection of consultants shall be in accordance with Florida Statutes Section 287.055: the “Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act.” Funding for this project may include a grant from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA). All procurement and contracting for these services shall follow state and federal regulations including 2 CFR, Part 200; 24 CFR Part 85; 24 CFR Part 570.489, 570.490, 570.502, 570.506, 570.508 & 570.509.
