(1) Vendor needs to provide micro–credential course instructional design services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– This micro–credential program is based on foundational school–based mental health services and is intended for mental health professionals (e.g., social workers, counsellors, and psychologists) entering school–based mental health provider roles in District public and public charter schools.– Behavioural Health professional learning micro–credential program to make it more engaging and interactive for adult learners, encapsulate adult learning foundations and increase the program’s effectiveness for the target audience of school–based behavioural health providers.– The Contractor shall review and audit the existing School–Based Mental Health Micro–Credential course structure and content. – The Contractor shall make updates to, redesign and integrate the updates with the interactive current learning activities (including post–module knowledge checks). – The Contractor shall measure impact of the micro–credential post launch by analyzing data on participation, completion rates, and learning and pre– and post–test data. Program content may be revised and/or updated based on feedback.
