Pier 60 and Barefoot Beach House Operation and Maintenance

The City of Clearwater is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for the operation, maintenance, and management of concession facilities at Pier 60 and the Barefoot Beach House on Clearwater Beach. Services include food and retail concessions, beach equipment rentals, restroom operations, facility maintenance, and required capital improvements. Proposers must have the ability to operate both sites and thus submit a single bid to operate both sites. The selected operator will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service, ensuring safe and clean facilities, and maximizing revenues to the City while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and standards.
