Description
The City of Urbana is a Tree City USA and is seeking assistance to maintain its urban forest. The City maintains approximately 12,000 inventoried trees along city streets and at public facilities. Additionally, the City provides emergency response to trees that impede the public right-of-way. The City seeks a contractor to perform routine tree pruning, removal work, tree hazard abatement and stump removal on an on-call basis, including after-hours emergency response as needed. The successful bidder will be a professional and responsive company that is staffed, equipped, and organized to meet the requirements in this RFP.
