(1) Vendor needs to provide homeless regional task force consulting services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.– Major decision points the consultant will help navigate include:– Membership composition of the new governing body.– Voting authority.– CoC restructuring including compliance, CoC membership, Board membership and responsibilities, and subcommittee structure and authorities.– Conflict–of–interest rules.– Recommendations for continual incorporation of community voice.– Relationship between CoC duties and broader homelessness/housing policy.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 23, 2026.
