Description
The Pierce County Council is seeking proposals from qualified third-party consultants to advance a unified regional approach (URA) for coordinating homelessness response throughout Pierce County. The selected consultant shall conduct the work in two phases: 1) Design the scope of work and organizational structure for the URA, and 2) Implement the preferred design of the URA. Funding, in the amount of up to $1,000,000, has been made available for these services. Available funding is from the federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and therefore contractor must have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), as issued by sam.gov.
