Byrd Park Main Pumping Station Improvements

The City of Richmond, Virginia (the “City”), on behalf of the Department of Public Utilities (“DPU”), seeks bids from qualified firms to provide general contracting services for the Byrd Park Main Pumping Station Improvements project (the “Project”). The services required include, but are not limited to replacement of the existing pumps (B1, B2, and B3), motors, variable frequency drives, and Motor Control Center; installation of a new vacuum priming system; replacement of the existing DPC systems with new PLC systems, and associated instrumentations; installation of a new HVAC system; and miscellaneous facility architectural and structural improvements (the “Work").
