Request for Proposals for Development of a Parks and Recreation Master Plan

The Town of Mammoth Lakes is requesting Proposals from qualified consulting firms for the development of a Parks and Recreation Master Plan. Proposals will be accepted until 5:00PM, Friday, May 30, 2025. The Parks and Recreation Master Plan will be a guiding document for future development and redevelopment of the community’s system of parks, facilities and recreation programs and services. The Plan shall include updated goals and policies, an analysis of the supply, demand and needs for park and recreation facilities and services within and surrounding the Town of Mammoth Lakes and an action plan with conceptual site plans that articulate a clear vision and recreation “roadmap” for the next 10-15 years or longer. The Request for Proposal (RFP) document is available electronically on the Town's Online Bid Portal at https://www.townofmammothlakes.ca.gov/1016/Bids . Questions should be submitted as directed within the RFP document.
