Description
Pursuant to the Port St. Lucie City Code of Ordinance 35.07, this electronic Request for Qualifications (RFQu) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified proposer who will provide comprehensive master planning services for Sportsman’s Park, Sportsman’s Park West, and the recently acquired former elementary school site Project Title to the City of Port St. Lucie (hereinafter, “City”) as further described in this solicitation. The purpose of the project is to create a unified master plan that evaluates the three sites holistically as one recreational campus. The plan will consider circulation, parking, site access, potential roadway closure, athletic field configurations, community amenities, stormwater management, and environmental conditions. This effort will provide the City with a phased implementation strategy that prioritizes investments, supports future grant opportunities, and ensures the long-term development of Sportsman’s Park as a premier recreation and community destination.
