Description
The consultant shall be responsible for assessing the presence of asbestos, lead and/or mold in various structures, identifying potential hazards, providing abatement specifications, providing asbestos and/or lead monitoring for specific abatement projects, and providing asbestos, lead and/or mold final clearances in compliance with all Federal, State and Local Regulations and Guidelines. The objective is to provide safe and affordable housing for SHRA residents, and a safe working environment for SHRA employees and contractors working on SHRA owned properties.
