The Town of Waterford (Town) on behalf of its Oswegatchie Building Committee is seeking competitive bids from qualified contractors to provide consulting services to conduct a survey and perform testing to identify hazardous materials that may exist at the fire station which may include; a lead risk assessment, asbestos, mold and radon inspection and analysis. Services will be required on an as-needed basis as this project progresses.
