Description

Tuolumne County Office of Emergency Services (OES) is seeking proposals from reputable and qualified consulting firms to update and revise Tuolumne County’s Emergency Operations Plan (EOP). The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to define Tuolumne County’s minimum requirements, solicit proposals, and gain adequate information by which the County may evaluate the services rendered by Proposers. The EOP update will include all elements required by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (CalOES). The EOP should also incorporate feedback from various County departments and partnering agencies with a response or recovery role. The current EOP for Tuolumne County is dated 2012.
