The Project Management Unit for the Municipal Infrastructure Development Project in the Republic of Tajikistan, acting on behalf of the SUE “Khodjagii Manziliyu Kommunalni,” which serves as the Project Implementation Agency, has received funding from the World Bank to cover the costs of the Water Supply and Sanitation Investment Project (Additional Financing (AF)) WSIP-1/AF, and intends to use a portion of these funds to make payments under the contracts for the construction of a water supply pipeline and water meter boxes to connect 48,917 households in the Balkh, Dusti, Vakhsh, and Vose districts (Lots 1 and 2) 2. The Project Management Unit for the Municipal Infrastructure Development Project in the Republic of Tajikistan hereby invites eligible bidders to submit sealed bids for the following work: Lot 1: Construction of a water supply pipeline and water meter boxes to connect 26,247 households in villages in the Balkh District (Zones 2D and 2E), the Dusti District (Zone 2F), the Vakhsh District (Zone 3D), and the Vose District (the village of Kaduchi) Lot 2: Construction of a water supply pipeline and water meter boxes to connect 22,670 households in villages in the Balkh District (Zone 2D) and the Dusti District (Zone 2G) 3. The bidding process will be conducted as a national competitive bidding process using a Request for Bids (RFB), as specified in the “Procurement Regulations for IFC Borrowers” of the World Bank dated September 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), and are open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation procedure set forth in the tender documentation. 5. Interested and eligible bidders may obtain additional information from the Director of the Municipal Infrastructure Development Project Management Center in the Republic of Tajikistan, Mr. Saidvalizod A., at the email address pmu@ wsip-1.tj and review the tender documentation during business hours from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the address specified in paragraph 10. 6. Tender documentation in Russian in electronic format may be obtained by interested, eligible bidders upon submission of a written request on the organization’s official letterhead addressed to the Director of the Central Tender Administration of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mr. Saidvalizod A., specifying the identification number and name of the tender, at the address listed below, free of charge. 7. Bids must be delivered to the address listed below no later than 3:00 p.m. local time on July 20, 2026. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Bids submitted after the deadline and time specified will be rejected. Bids will be opened publicly in the presence of designated representatives of the bidders and anyone else who wishes to attend, at the address specified in paragraph 10 below, on July 20, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. local time. 8. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond Declaration in accordance with the form provided in the attached tender documentation. 9.
