The successful proposer(s) will hereinafter be referred to as “Professional Consultant”.</p><p>The selected firms will be expected to execute the City’s Standard Professional Agreement, provided in the Attachment Section of this document, and provide the required insurance certificates and endorsements under the agreement. If awarded, a contract to provide these services shall be effective on the date it is approved by the City of New Smyrna Beach, City Commission (herein after, the “Commission”), signed by all required parties and filed with the City Clerk.</p><p>Each individual or firm should become familiar with all the terms contained in the agreement and be willing to execute the agreement before submitting a proposal. There shall be no exceptions to either the scope of services or the terms of the agreement.</p><p>If made, the recommendation of award will be made to the best overall Professional Consultant(s) whose qualifications proposal is most advantageous to the City, taking into consideration the evaluation factors set forth in this RFQ. The City will not use any other factors or criteria in the evaluation of the qualifications received.</p>",
