Description
Purpose: Alachua County is soliciting proposals for a Broadband Deployment grant to identify Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to bring reliable and high-quality broadband connectivity in order to expand, provide, and make affordable high-speed broadband services available to as many households and businesses to unserved and underserved areas in Alachua County. ISPs will extend the current broadband infrastructure to provide broadband and other cable-related services to Alachua County residents and will design, construct, and maintain state-of-the-art broadband network in service extension areas designated by the parties.
