All Flagging Services will be within Washington County, OR for work being performed by Washington County maintenance crews. This will be a 3 year, $150,000.00 contract with a renewable option up to 5 years. Escalation/De-escalation language will be included in the contract incase vendor cannot hold their price for the length of the contract.
