HCTP DIGESTER BACKUP BOILER UPGRADE PROJECT (CI 5615)

The Work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supplies, and manufactured articles for the Project. It shall also include the furnishing of all transportation and service, including fuel, power, and essential communications, and for the performance of all labor, work, or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. The general scope of work for this project involves removing the existing boiler system, piping, and equipment and installing a new dual fuel (natural and digester gas) backup boiler system for the three existing wastewater digesters at the HCTP. Additionally, the project includes replacing existing insulated and non-insulated piping, installing a temporary skid-mounted boiler system when the existing boiler system is offline during construction, heat exchanger valves, miscellaneous concrete, miscellaneous electrical works, and associated appurtenances as indicated in the Contract Documents.
