(1) Vendor needs to provide market recruiting services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.• The Contractor shall provide the Talent Engagement Suite (TES) with unlimited seats.a. Post jobs, review applications and nurture candidates using advanced relationship management tools.b. Create segments and filter talent based on skills, engagement, interest, location, academic background, and more.c. Send unlimited messages to candidates, both individually and through bulk, scalable campaigns within the talent database.d. Attend unlimited career fairs and host events across multiple schools(2) The contract period will be for one year.
